Heat the garlic and oil in a small saucepan over medium heat for 2 minutes. Strain the garlic from the oil with a small mesh strainer. Set both garlic and oil aside.
Cut the potatoes into 1/4-inch sticks. In a large bowl, toss the oil, potatoes and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and spread the potatoes onto it in a single layer. Bake until golden and crisp, about 35 minutes.

Remove potatoes from the tray with a metal spatula. Toss with parsley, reserved garlic, and additional salt, to taste. Serve immediately.

2.  Peel broccoli (optional)
3.  Wash broccoli in a sieve
4.  Cut off the main parts of fat.
5.  Rub the curry powder on to the sirloin steaks
6.  Keep them we will be using them instead of oil

Method

1.  Heat a large frying pan on a medium heat.
2.  Place the pieces of cut off fat in the frying pan. Also add as much garlic paste as you would like
3.  Heat another frying pan on a high heat and add the rest of the canola or sunflower oil

5.  Place the broccoli in the other pan when the broccoli starts sizzling add 2TBSP of water and place a lid on top. Steam to your liking.
6.  When the steak has nearly finished cooking to your liking add some of the rosemary.

8.  Do the same with the steaks and present with the rest of the rosemary.
9.  Take out the chips and finish presenting.

Season to your liking then eat!!

Evaluation:

My Meal went really well,  we got off task when cooking
broccoli so it got burnt. It was really good apart from that and it tasted amazing.
Who would have thought curry and steak tasted nice together?

Here is the berry special ice-cream recipe

Berry Special Ice cream

2 cups frozen berries
1/2 cup icing sugar
!/2 cup plain Greek yoghurt
1.     Using metal cutting blade “Pulse” frozen berries in food processor ( sounds like heavy artillery fire!)
2.     Add yoghurt & icing sugar, Pulse to desired texture and consistency.
3.     Serve immediately (should still be semi-frozen)

Evaluation: This wasn't my favourite dessert but I would recommend for other people to try it. Next time I would add more sugar and less yoghurt.
